I have had 3 cheddar chalupa boxes this past weekend and today, 3 different freezes, 2 Sierra Mists plus an entire bag of chocolate donuts just giving into these cravings left and right, oh and french bread pizza for dinner tonight..needless to say I need to find a way to shed the pounds I'm gaining from all these fatty but yummy goodies. Right now I'm not even thinking about a salad like I usually do but question is How does a Pregnant Mama lose weight but still remain healthy for Baby!? Is it even possible 🤷🏾♀️🤔🤰🏾😯
No offense but from the pictures you’ve posted you look far from needing to lose weight. I would just eat healthy, I think it’s okay to give into cravings sometimes .
No offense taken!! Haha I haven't posted an updated pic in a while. Trust Me I have gained a little bit, not alot but I can't fit into those shorts anymore. I'm trying to eat healthy it's just been very hard lately because I'm still hungry afterwards 🤦🏾♀️
With my son I did boot camp workouts until 30 weeks when my belly was just too big 💪 I only gained 28 lbs total in my entire pregnancy and it was all in my belly 😂 I don’t suggest starting anything new during pregnancy but you can continue what you were doing before. If not, then walking everyday helps!
