I have had 3 cheddar chalupa boxes this past weekend and today, 3 different freezes, 2 Sierra Mists plus an entire bag of chocolate donuts just giving into these cravings left and right, oh and french bread pizza for dinner tonight..needless to say I need to find a way to shed the pounds I'm gaining from all these fatty but yummy goodies. Right now I'm not even thinking about a salad like I usually do but question is How does a Pregnant Mama lose weight but still remain healthy for Baby!? Is it even possible 🤷🏾‍♀️🤔🤰🏾😯

With my son I did boot camp workouts until 30 weeks when my belly was just too big 💪 I only gained 28 lbs total in my entire pregnancy and it was all in my belly 😂 I don’t suggest starting anything new during pregnancy but you can continue what you were doing before. If not, then walking everyday helps!

No offense but from the pictures you’ve posted you look far from needing to lose weight. I would just eat healthy, I think it’s okay to give into cravings sometimes .

No offense taken!! Haha I haven't posted an updated pic in a while. Trust Me I have gained a little bit, not alot but I can't fit into those shorts anymore. I'm trying to eat healthy it's just been very hard lately because I'm still hungry afterwards 🤦🏾‍♀️

@al_hegerrrr2819, lol I did the whole rubber band trick . Do you usually gain the same every pregnancy? I gained 30 lb with each .
