Thankfully the tightenings didnt last long as i drank alot of water and eventually they eased off 🥰

I used to have these tightenings, for me I realised I only had them if I didn’t drink enough water.

Mild discomfort usually means Braxton Hicks, painful means contractions. Just keep an eye on them and if you're concerned ring your midwife x
