Advice please 🙁

My 2 1/2 year old is waking 2/3 hours after going to bed a bit upset. She knows that me and my partner are downstairs so she stands at the stairs and cries. She’s then waking numerous times through the night coming into our room wanting to get into our bed and I have to keep putting her back into her bed 🙈this has been going on for ages now and I’m stuck on what to do
