Any mommies planning on or have had babies ALL NATURAL? SO's mother had both of her natural and my mother had to have 2 emergency c-sections. I'm planning all natural if possible. :)

To the ladies who had a all natural birth what helped you the most? Would you do all natural again? Tips and suggestions please! I'm just weighing my options of natural or with an epidural.

plainjayne I was going natural but my contractions got really strong and a lot of my family was
