Do I have to have heartburn to have a full hair-headed baby?

Mommies who babies was born with a full head of hair and lost it all or close to a few months old . How long did it take for all there hair to grow back ? My daughter was born with a complete head full between 4/6 months she lost it all !! Now she’s 1 and this is what her hair looks like . It’s growing obviously but still not a full head the back and side are fully in but no length like the front and middle
