Hi, I'm 23 years old and I am a mother to a beautiful 3 month old little girl! She is my everything and I can't imagine my life without her!

My husband and I have been together for 6 years and married almost 3 years. Every female on my mom's side of the family had a hysterectomy in early thirties due to cervical cancer. So after a year of being married we decided it was time to try getting pregnant!

I had a wonderful pregnancy with no complications. I had only nausea for the first trimester. After that only keen cramps!

My Birth Story:
At 39 weeks my doctor checked me and I was 1cm dilated with no signs of labor. The next day my mom and I walked the mall for an hour and then paid for me to sit in a massage chair for ten minutes. The ne d the morning around 6:15 I woke up with contractions five minutes apart but they weren't very painful. The hospital had me come and so they can make sure I wasn't in labor. They checked me and I was only 1.5cm and 70% effaced. They had me walk a hour and checked me again and only went to 2cm. They sent me back home and told me that I probably won't have a baby for another week or maybe even two that I was only having pre labor contractions. We got home around 2:00pm and I laid down for a little while. I woke up at 3:45 in extreme pain. As soon as I stood up my water broke. I grabbed everything I needed for the hospital and left at 4:00. We arrived at the hospital around 4:25. They checked me and I was at 6cm. An hour later they put me a room and checked me again. I was fully dilated and ready to push. At 6:02pm I gave birth to a 5lb 13oz beautiful baby girl all natural!
