I finally took myself to the doctors to get my knees sorted! I never put my self first and I just plod on, but my god with the extra overtime I've been doing, constant walking and the kids being tornadoes! my knees are at breaking point.
Suffered since I was 7 with them dislocating and now the pain is so intense I can't kneel down and getting up to walk is just extremely painful.
So xrays booked in and therapists booked in to get to the bottom of it all. Huge weight off my shoulders 😊

My 5 year old brother just got circumcised due to all the infections he kept on getting & seeing him in so much pain not being able to walk makes me glad I got my son circumcised as a newborn & planning on doing the same with my second baby.
Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.

Just got home from hospital, contractions 5 min apart so painful 4 cm walked in the hospital for hour and half no change told me to go home or walk some more , im in so much pain I couldn’t walk anymore so im home 😔
