That's the WORST part of a cold! I HATE not bein able to taste. Like bein stuffed up, not able to breathe isn't bad enough, but it's gotta wipe out your taste buds too??? Ugh... Sorry girl, hope you starr feelin better soon!

I'm sorry, I missed previous posts and the thoughts of Covid. I didn't mean to make light of the situation. That IS often a symptom for me with just the common cold so let's hope for the best and nothin that a little chicken soup and rest won't fix! 🤞

Yes it is super weird to not smell or taste anything. When I was sick with covid I changed all the batteries in my smoke detectors because I was worried about not being able to smell smoke if the house was on fire
For me it took a long time to get my sense of smell and taste back. It's been 3 months since I had covid and my smell and taste isn't back 100%.

The scariest part of me infecting my family, was that none of us had the same symptoms.
