Wtf why am I breaking out in hives all of a sudden

Wtf why am I breaking out in hives all of a sudden. I’ve been wearing these scrubs since 12 today and 9 hours later these show up. Is that normal if it’s a detergent changed? To take that long to irritate my skin? I haven’t changed anything but wondering if the hospital did.

I feel like they’re all over my back too. And my face is starting to itch like mad
