Any ideas what to take to help stop smoking I’m 4 +4 days I’ve cut down too 2 a day but want too stop completely thanks…

It is hard I smoked about 10 before I done my test and soon as I seen the positive result I stopped. I was diagnosed with PCOS not long before and told natural conception would be really hard so that played a massive part of me quitting straight away. I was about 7 months and out at a woks leaving event. I went outside with a friend for air as it was June and I was a whale. She was smoking and honestly I really craved a cigarette so bad I actually sniffed her fag when she was smoking it. Granted I was off them until Sophia was 2.5 then I went back and haven’t stopped yet but I know I feel like I wanted too I would stop xxxx

I had my last fag right after my positive test. I used nicorette mints for the first few weeks and then stopped them as I didn't really like them but they definitely helped the cravings. My partner was really good to remind me of all the bad things whenever I wanted a cigarette. I ended up starting again when Owen was about 11 months 🤦🏼‍♀️ but made it through the pregnancy without any slip ups. Xx

Honestly If it was me I'd just have the big long list of side effects printed of smoking whilst pregnant and the harm it could do and everytime I'd want a cigarette I'd make myself read it. 😂 xx

Cigarettes or weed

I smoke and I smoked very little through pregnancy I couldn’t stop completely and even the midwife said to me if I was to go cold Turkey be worse for the baby! I literally had like a fag a day I think! Xx

I know I am course. But it’s so hard for anyone who smokes they will know what I mean I want to quit 💯 is a vape safe though also ! Think I’ll completely quite altogether and leave the vape hopefully get something else xx

Switch to a vape xx
