I’m not sure if it’s the time difference or if she’s teething or sick or what but I’m having the hardest time getting Mila to eat. I try every 3-4 hours but she’ll eat maybe 4oz (where before she was eating 6oz) I can get her to take a 6-7oz once in the morning but that’s it...do they go longer stretches at 4 1/2 months?

My daughter eats about 4-6 oz about every 3 hours. She will be 8 months old in a few days. She really hasn’t changed her eating since birth besides going from 1-2 oz to 4-6 oz around 2 months old. She’s eating so I wouldn’t be concerned unless there’s some other things going on.

No, there’s nothing else. It’s just a weird change that I wasn’t expecting. Sometimes I can’t even get her to eat 2 oz. 😭 maybe I should push it every 5 hours? I just feel like that’s so long

I mean, she’s happy and wetting enough diapers so I’m sure every thing is fine. It’s just weird..

There’s a big growth spurt at 4 months. Sometimes babies eat less and sleep more or eat more and sleep less. Just go with the flow and she’ll be fine.
