Ok well I first read this as my apartment had a moose lol and I did a double take . Not unreasonable at all in fact they should hire pest control and it shld be taken care of immediately

I would make them pay for someone to come out and set traps and dispose of the mouse that you guys keep also do a evaluation on the house to see if anything needs to be sealed and try to find the root of the problem
