as soon as my mom gives birth, ill be petitioning the court for nonparental custody/legal guardianship. that woman does not need to be a parent, i have provided every opportunity, resource, and funds that i can for her, only for her to go deeper and deeper into the hole. ive got all the documentation and evidence i need to make sure that my baby brother/sister doesn’t have to be raised by her, as well as a kick ass family attorney. now it’s just a waiting game, her due date isn’t until late october.
