When we go sit down at a restaurant to eat it's usually $50-$60. Fast food $30-$40

We don’t 😂🤷🏼‍♀️ one meal at a fast food place could be nearly three meals for a day for us

2 adults and one 6 year old for fast food is usually $20-30, at a sit down restaurant $40-60 if we don't order drinks, apps or dessert.

We never eat fast food so I can't say there, and we don't go out often under normal circumstances, but we did order Chinese the other day for the first time in years. We ordered a la carte and spent $46 for a family of 4 and that gave us enough for two meals. When we go out to a nice restaurant (again during normal circumstances) we can feed our family for $60 or less unless we go to a Japanese place for Hibachi and sushi and then it's $120. These figures include tip+except the Chinese bc DH picked it up). We always order an adult size dish for our girls and then we split the meals. This gives us more selection, more food, the same cost each time(and the cost won't rise unless we have another kid) bc we never have ordered off the "kids menu". We strategize our nights out and can actually reduce our costs bc we might pick a night when we had a big lunch at home and aren't super hungry for supper but want to go out so DH and I share one large meal and the girls share another, plus appetizer of choice. It works out nicely.

Oh! And we only go to a handful of places. Our favorite family place is a Family Steak house that has soup and ice cream included with each meal so it's a true treat to go!

We usually only go to Panera bread or get dominoes for a treat when friends come over (my daughter's bbf will only eat dominoes but I love the kid lol) I usually drop about $30-40 when we go to either place. If we get take out from a local restaurant it's usually $30-50 depending if we get appetizers or not

Fast food? Probably $80?

If we get fast food it’s usually Chick Fil A, Jersey Mike’s, stuff like that and it’s around $35. If we go to an actual restaurant it’s usually close to $100.

I just spent 32 at Arby’s on me and two kids. Out to a restaurant usually like 60-80 depending if hubby joins then we spend 90-100

Oh man. After all these comments. I'm cheap lol. We eat out alot but lately its getting expensive to do it all the time

25-40 bucks for a family of 3 here in Cali. 😩
