I cooked a sausage cass about 3 hours ago that I wanted to freeze for LO left it to cool down and forgot about it, will it be ok to freeze now? OH going off about bacteria

Your other half is wrong food needs to fully cool before going in the freezer otherwise that will make you ill. Sausage cass is good to freeze. 🤗

I would personally say yeah it will be okay. Needs to be proper cool before freezing anyway so should be okay xx

Thanks that's what I said, it was still fairly warm after that much time so it couldnt have gone in sooner x i didnt know if there was a rapid cooling technique i was just unaware of!.x
