Ok so I have a stupid question
How have you predicted your ovulation
Me and my husband tried for the first time last night to have our fourth and final baby. My period calendar says I was ovulating today. I was in a lot of pain yesterday in my lower right abdomen. Could that have been my ovulation I feel like I’m reading way to much into this right now and I know forty kids I should probably know what I’m doing by now but I didn’t with the last 3 either
Depending on how far apart your Cycles are and if you are regular. If it's the typical 28 days you would ovulate 14 days after the first day of your last period 27 days would be 13 days 26 days would be 12 days and so on. They say to check your temperature and if there is a little bit of a spike that can also indicate ovulation. My Cycles are 26 days apart and I always ovulate 11 days after the first day of my last period and boy do I feel it!!! Of course there's always a chance that you can ovulate earlier and even later but that is a typical norm.
The day of my last period is the 28th of August My cycles are 29.5 days my average period days are between 4-5 my calendar says I ovulated on the 12th of September and I felt the pain on the 11th of September my next period is on the 26th of September
@ariesmotherof3 okay, so then that actually sounds about right. Mine are every 26 days yours or every 29. My last period as actually on the 28th as well. I ovulated on the 7th so what you're telling me sounds about right the 10th or 11th is when you should have ovulated. So I would say if you guys are trying for a baby and you ovulate around day 14-15 after the first day of each period I would start trying around day 11 to15 after your period to conceive. Now this is just my guesstimation. But like I said there's a possibility that you could ovulate at any time.
I used a fertility tracker for our fourth. My periods are consistent and I am the same way when I ovulate - lots of cramping. It must have been correct, because we were pregnant within the first month.
Sounds like ovulation pain, especially if you're in your predicted ovulation time ! I feel my ovulation pain as well, but I've always used opks to tell when I'm surging for ovulation !
