So I’m not good when it’s come to breastfeeding, I only breastfeed for about 2 or 1 week, and I stop because I don’t have a lot of milk and my daughter use to cry every time so I always end up giving her formula, it’s been 3-4 weeks since I stop pumping... do you think if I try to pump again I will still have milk? I really want to breastfeed her :( I really want to have that special moment with her🥺

You’ll want to latch her rather than pump. The pump won’t get much and it won’t help bring your supply back. You need skin to skin contact and lots of nursing.

Buy and read the book:

Breastfeeding Made Simple

It will give you ALL the info you need. Great resource and you can get a lactation consultant to help you also. But absolutely yes, you can build your milk back up. The more baby nurses, the more supply your body will build.

There’s probably still milk. It’ll take time to build it back up. Latch her on as much as possible. The more she drinks from you the more your body will make, its supply and demand. You can do it!
