That sucks! And it is BS that you have to request a refund. They kniw damn well if it didn't get there. I wonder how many millions they make a year with people forgetting to request a refund.

That happened to me last week. I ordered these owl pajamas for my daughter and it was the last ones in stock. It took two weeks for them to ship it then they tell me my package may be lost or get a refund. So I waited a few days just to see if it would still come, it didn’t so I demanded a refund. The next day it came so I got it for free 🤷♀️
I wasn’t mad anymore 😂
