I started being a pescatarian and only drink water about a month ago. I'm down 20 lbs now. I need new recipes using shrimp and fish. I tried a veggie Pattie today. Lets say I was not a fan of it. Anyone else on a weight loss journey or know great recipes? #down20 #80more to go #healthy
Here's one of our favorites!!!!
Fresh sliced okra cooked in a small amount of oil and salt, pepper. But you let it cook until brown and make sure not to let it get mushed up. When you turn it use a spatula so it stays separated. Get it nice and browned then set aside.
Shrimp with onion, garlic, ginger, coriander, cumin in a different pan. Once that is cooked combine the two and you'll love it!
Shrimp with pumpkin. Prep is the same as above.
Fish of choice baked in the oven and seasoned with salt, pepper, curry.
Or seasoned with salt, garlic, pepper, paprika,
Or cumin coriander.
