It actually calcifies the pineal gland. It's not good! We don't use it in our toothpaste either.

It’s added to most city water anyways. We are on well water so it’s not in our water here.. my kids dentist suggested finding fluoride water but I chose not too. It’s already in his toothpaste

No Floride is bad for you don’t ever give it to kids

When I was growing up I was always told fluoride was extremely bad for you. For whatever reason I guess that has changed? I still keep my kids away from it regardless.
