Ladies with PCOS a friend of mine was just diagnosed with it and wanted me to post and ask for tips and pointers on managing it. Shes in a lot of pain and it took a while for her to even be diagnosed. I don't know much about it so i told her I would ask here for her. She's currently in the ER cuz the pain was so bad she started to think there was something else wrong. They said it may be her appendix and they are doing blood work and a catscan on her now but i figured id ask in the meantime.
