He has every right to see his child. Regardless of what's going on between y'all, you need to be an adult and allow him to see his kid. Only reason a parent shouldn't be around their child is if they're a danger to the child.

He does have rights but paternity does have to be proven first. If he wants to fight you he can take you to court and get the test to get rights. So honestly, he has rights but he doesn't. In your state (like mine) a child born out of wedlock has no legal father till paternity is proven. So you can keep him from him but if he chooses to fight and gets proof it you will look bad. But if it's just petty/bad break up/got cheated on so now I'm spiteful and you or the baby are not in and Danger I say let him in the babies life. It's not about you and him it's about the baby.

ok, see what he will do. If hes saying he wants to be there but isnt then that's your answer. Your kids deserve a father not a whenever I feel like it father. I don't care if his new girlfriend is Megan Fox, his kids should be his #1 priority. If he won't be there for them then do what you have to do. Get custody of them (they need/deserve stability) or keep trying with their dad.

Um, it's his baby. He has every right to see the baby and meet him/her. Sure you are pisssd at him, but that's not the babies fault. Dont use the baby against him because of the wrong he did to you. That is all kinds of wrong.
