So well we were at the farm today a little boy commented to his mommy that Bret was wearing in his words a "leash". Bret wears a harness backpack that's a monkey because he hates holding hands and wants to be independent. Fine enough but then the boys mom and her friend start openly discussing my parenting and choice to put one on my son. First comment was oh " they are suppose to be for younger children " umm he is 2yrs old ya he is tall for his age. 2nd comment was " oh if you have control over your child you don't need them it's not that hard" . Now I didn't say anything back because I didn't want to ruin the trip with telling this bish to shove her opinion where the sun don't shine as she as a nice day with her ONE child who is like 3 and her friend has one who isn't even walking yet. Yes I use a harness with a leash for my 2yr old he likes pixie and no he is not a dog I don't treat him as one.
