Unless I go on birth control or purposely pursue pregnancy with medication there's no real way to regulate me. Basically I dont get a period because I dont ovulate or when I do it's not strong enough that my body knows it has happened
from experience there are medications your ob can give you to help... but you have to know if you want to get pregnant or not within a certain amount of time. So they know which way to take you.
right now I'm nursing my little so meds are limited. When I got pregnant with this baby I took letrozol for a week and i got pregnant both cycles i took it

If your still breastfeeding thats could also be a reason you haven't got your cycle.

I was becoming regular again until this cycle. I haven't been regular since before I had my first son

@spud i still will say talk to your ob they can they will find you something that will work for you. I know that much 🙂
