Baby wear if you can’t hold him, maybe a swing or bouncer if you don’t have baby carrier.

Baby wearing really is amazimg and with so many types of carriers out there to choose from you can find what works for you. A wrap is awesome but takes too much time for most so a LilleBaby or Ergo baby carrier can be a heaven sent item. I use LilleBaby and love it. My close friend swears by Ergo. Either way it helps bc baby get to be close to you while you get your hands free.
