Day 5 of my spice craving and while I'm starting to like it I'm still curious to why I'm craving it...my diet is pretty much the same, been eating healthy ish (come on who hasn't been guilty of having a cookie or ice cream here and there), but this craving has been apart of 2/3 of my meals which I think is a lot. I'm trying to get back into my workout routine of yoga or boxing (or both I like to do boxing first and then cool off with yoga if I do both) I guess if I have to have something at least it's kinda healthy
Spicy food helps you regulate your diet, is good for your metabolism, and even has health benefits for your heart and blood vessels. Look it up! Eat up the spice and enjoy it!
Also, spicy food is an appetite suppressant. Seriously, our bodies change all the time, EVEN when we aren’t pregnant.
Thanks ladies! The weird part that's confusing me is that I wasn't really into spice now it's in almost everything I eat!
