So my son is peeing a little more than usual. When we wake up his diaper is literally soaked so much it would literally be falling off. I had to set a timer to wake up in the middle of the night just so I could change him because I didn’t want him to get a rash from sitting in a dirty diaper all night but he still woke up with a huge soak diaper and I haven’t changed much about his routine. He’s never had a rash but this has been going on for about a week I wonder if I should start putting some rash cream on him just so I can avoid one from starting.

You should probably get him in a bigger diaper. Or use nighttime ones. Most babies his age still nurse or get a bottle during the night, so changing him isn’t a bad idea.

Yeah my son woke up this morning and the bed was all wet cuz he was soaked through his diaper .. I was so tired I forgot to wake up and change him over night like I normally do lol

It’s normal. I change my kids in the middle of the night. I’ve done it from such a young age they sleep through. I wouldn’t put diaper rash cream on unless there’s an actual rash. You could try an overnight diaper. Sometimes sizing up helps as well.

It’s normal. I would suggest an overnight diaper. I wouldn’t use rash cream without a rash, but you could put on aquaphor to act as a protective barrier. Does he still wake up to eat? Change him then or set a timer if he doesn’t still wake.
