I will go get the model of ours. It is absolutely amazing. Like we are clean people and when we got it and vacuumed, it had SO much stuff in the dirt canister, we were so grossed out. I swear it has to be as good as a Dyson and was like $125 or something. It is amazing.
It is this specific model, it was a Consumer Reports best buy.
I think the trick with getting vacuums to last is to use the extension to pick up any loose hairs or threads so they don't get caught around the beater bar and burn the motor out.

I got a bissell from Walmart that my friend recommended and it was under $100. Honestly it works really good
