Do Blue Dye Pregnancy Tests Detect Sooner Than Red Dye?
Has anyone here experienced blue dyes detecting pregnancy sooner than red dye? I've taken four tests, all blue dye(can't find any red besides the dollar store cheapie I had on hand. Red dyes are sold out in my area.) I felt sick yesterday, I'm 8-9dpo atm so I thought I'd just test, expecting a clear negative. But at the 8 minute point I looked and saw a faint line. I tested again 6 hours later after I'd slept and it was the same. They're from different boxes but the same brand. I took the red dye I had and it seems negative? Well it's been about 14 hours since I took my last test and I took another one(Blue dye), but this one was a different brand, and I'm still seeing a faint line. I'm going to wait a few days and test again of course. But I'm just wondering if anyone else experienced anything like this. I'll post the test in the comments.

If it was past the window it's invalid.
Blue dye tests tend to have more evaps. Wait until your missed period.

It wasn't past the window, I took the pic at 8 minutes, it says in the directions to wait 2-10 minutes, so it was still within the time frame when the picture was taken

Looks positive to me. But blue dye has gave me false positives before

I think it’s supposed to show results at 3 minutes. I would just wait til your period is due then test. You’re testing way too early.
