Any type of abuse is ,I’d most likely try to work with spouse first. Therapy or w.e unless I was in danger.

Verbal , emotional and physical abuse ends in divorce

My first divorce happened because of that

First it was emotional abuse

Then came verbal abuse

And finally physical abuse

Until one day he was pointing a gun to my head that’s when I took a major step and called the cops on him

Yes they last for ever then physically i was both by my parents and my husband got me out there
