I actually wasn’t trolling you . And I never once posted a picture of my daughters with their car seat like that but that’s fine. And to your question actually yes . The jacket should be off when he’s in the car seat

Actually noones trolling or bashing u jst tryin to help u out but actually yes the straps are still wrong they are wayy to high above his shoulders they should be right at or below his shoulders
