Oh no! You have to move during this? My in laws are trying to buy a house here and there’s not enough inventory for everyone whose looking, so I’m guessing rentals are the same way!?
I moved here almost 2 years ago and rents on a 3/2 is now $300-500 a month more already. Something similar to mine in Antelope is now about $350 a month more. It’s crazy!!!!
@mamaxkat89, my BF is from Delhi. He moved to San Jose to be with me, so we are looking into buying in the Manteca/Tracy/Stockton area so we are some what in the middle of both places. What area do you recommend?

We don’t have too but we really want too. Everything is just so expensive and the rental requirements are crazy right now

yes!! Rent is so ridiculous but we’re not in any position to buy and it sucks
