Breakfast for dinner. Souffle pancakes or hashbrowns as the starch?

@two.tiny.texans, my parents always cooked. We just had those for something on lazy days. I would get so excited when I could have spaghetti os for dinner because it was always some meat I wouldn’t eat 😂
