Anybody had hot flushes get them a lot especially at night literally have to have towel it so bad

I got them bad I found sat with my feet in a cool bowl of water helped when i could and wearing loose clothing x

I'll try that with the bowl I wear Loo's clothing when I'm in so annoying x thankyou :)
