A combo of ovulation and sex is required. Look up ovulation for trying to conceive and go from there.

Track your cycles and your symptoms throughout the month for several months. I know exactly when I’m ovulating because I always get ovulation cramps and cervical mucus. It’s way easier if you know your body otherwise you’re just guessing
