My friend got hit hard. Like secluded herself from everyone for 3 months because she knew something was wrong but didn’t know what.
My suggestion, ask for help. ALWAYS find someone who will support and back you and let them know what’s going on. Your child needs you there both physically and mentally capable 🙏🏽 you got this

It sounds silly, but continue taking your prenatal vitamins, especially if you're breastfeeding. Ask for help, be honest about how you're feeling and try to get the two boys on the same schedule for naps and bedtime to make your life easier. Nap when you can. Make sure to get everyone outside - being outdoors is a moodbooster for everyone. Also, be kind and gentle with yourself and your oldest. This is a huge life change for everyone, and it will take adjusting. Wishing you the best!
