So after 11 days of yoga and 2 days of boxing these are my results, but I still have the dreaded muffin top...guess I'm not doing the right exercises to get rid of it...
I started off at about your weight, it's taken months to start losing my muffin top and I run a few times a week, lift, and eat less than 1700 calories a day. Give yourself some grace, the abdominal fat is usually the last to go
Thanks. Right now I'm slowing down from the boxing and I might do some yoga so I can a different workout
11 days isn’t going to give you results.
You need proper diet and exercise to lose belly weight. You’ve also had two kids, give yourself some grace.
Yeah I realize that 11 days isn't a lot of time but for the time that I have been doing it I think it's great
@armywife72515, look up workout plans that use various parts of your body. Just keep up with everything and you’ll see results, you just need to have patience.
