WHO TF would do this??? I would NOT be able to sit there and just be ok with this! I'd walk over and swipe that baby like a damn purse snatcher, call the cops, sit and wait to see how long it takes "Mom" to notice. She seriously just put her HUMAN BABY on the back of her chair like a damned jacket!
