Madi lost her binky yesterday and it wasn’t too bad last night going to bed but nap time is horrible! She’s been screaming and won’t stay in bed!!! I looked everywhere for it and it’s just gone. She certainly doesn’t need it with her being 3 in several months but her tantrums are so bad so she got it for bedtime and nap only

She'll get used to being without it. Payton was the same way. When she lost her last one I quite buying them and she was mad at bedtime especially the first couple days but eventually figured out she wasn't getting it. We ended up telling her the binkie fairy took it because a new baby was born and needed it. 😅 she still to this day thinks that but I promise it gets easier after a few days.

I hope so! My other kids weren’t like this so it’s new. But yeah same thing this is the last one she has and I’m not buying more so she better get used to it

she will. She'll find something new to comfort her. Payton ended up with a teddy bear that she slept with every night after the binkie was gone.

my daughter had lost hers 5 days before her third birthday.. I mean she lost it she threw it in my closet ( behind my bed ) and I seen it I just never gave it to her .. here we are almost a month w/o it !! I’d say the first five days are the absolute worssst with the screaming and crying and she would fall asleep late as ever but now we are on a normal routine and she’s so much easier and nicer now .. it’s been a complete 360 for her !! snacks and tablet and movies keep her mind off of it
