Took my sweet girl to the lake the other day and of course she had a blast! I, on the other hand, was a nervous wreck! She had never swam in the lake. We usually more pool people but they’re all closed around us. She did really good but now I’m terrified to take her back 😅

Highly recommend some water shoes/sandals for the lake. We go to the lake all the time. Sharp rocks plus littering... Water shoes are a must.

I couldn't tell if she had shoes or if her feet were really white 😂😂😂
I cut my foot jumping in the creek on a sharp rocks when I was younger... Didn't need stitches though 😬

@mikecoochie, on our little mini walk to the water, all of the litter we saw was RIDICULOUS! But yes, my girl (who happens to be named Dakota too lol) hardly ever takes her crocs off for anything 😂

@mikecoochie, oh that’s terrible! I hate swimming anywhere other than the pools because I can’t even enjoy it. The whole time I’m just trying to make sure she’s not stepping on anything or watching for snakes or something. It drains me just by worrying so much lol
