Oliver is starting to have behavioral problems. Not just aggression towards others but he is also self injurious. Today he pulled my hair and slapped me in the face..... and if he doesn’t get his way he will run up to me and scratch me wherever he can. Or he will start slamming his head on things, including the ground. I feel like he is already hitting the terrible twos. Idk what to do. I don’t want him to be a brat.

The best thing you can do is ignore this behavior. As alarming as it is self-harm at this age isn't unusual. Giving the behavior the attention gives his little brain the idea that that's how he gets your attention and will continue to get do the behavior. Also pick a behavior modification and stick with it. Being consistent is key. Meaning when my daughter was doing something not appropriate I would say "that is not okay" and if it continues she would have to take a "break" (sitting down in her room)...just remember they're learning to communicate and regulate their emotions at this age

This behavior now doesn’t mean he will be a brat later. He may also be experiencing extreme frustration since he can’t communicate his wants and needs.
