Had 9 positive covid tests (out of 12) this morning. It’s getting worse not better. If you’re going out especially if you are protesting please please please wear a mask and wash your hands a lot. I’m tired of my N95.

Arizona. We’ve had a huge spike in the numbers in the last week. It’s ridiculous.
Since the county reopened where I live hardly anyone wears a mask. Even when we were on lockdown a lot of people didn't wear them. ☹
People don’t realize how horrible it actually is. I’ve seen a healthy 25 year old die from it. We worked the code for 45 min and couldn’t get then back. My hospital is full of people on ventilators all ages. It’s not just a media thing it’s horrible.

@mommabear3579, I agree there’s a percent of people who never show symptoms but have tested positive. Those people then feel it’s safe to be around others , hence the increased outbreak.
@mmgarcia81, exactly... you don’t wear masks to protect yourselves as much as protecting other people from you in case you don’t have symptoms.
I don’t wear a mask unless the place I’m in requires it. Most places don’t though. Lots of people are out and about without masks. We’ve been mostly staying home except going out to dinner on the weekend. I try to keep my outings to essential things. Not everything is open yet anyway. More people are getting tested so more positive cases are showing up. Plus all these protests aren’t helping. Hundreds of people gathering. What happened to limiting gatherings to 10 people?
