Any of you have any issues tapering off or stopping cold turkey any anti depressant meds?
The one I’m on has so far been good. No bad side effects. Just slight drowsiness that has been getting better each day. I wanna continue on it to see how effective it’ll be for me but have heard horror stories of people trying to get off of it when the time was right. The plan for me is to be on this 6 months than taper off.

Don't worry about the side affects or withdrawal symptoms until the time comes. I didn't have any withdrawal symptoms when I tapered

Easier said than done but I’m trying 😔 My therapist said the same thing. If it works now, don’t worry about later. We’ll cross that bridge when we get to it.
