For the pain I'm not sure my daughter is the same age and is in bras but never really had pain. Lily has grown pubic hair and is super emotional I'm expecting her period to start anytime honestly. Just be sure to make her feel normal I know my daughter is very sensitive to the fact she is devloping at a younger age than most and have open talks on what's up come

Vitamin E always helps breast pain for me. But you can always call her pediatrician or your gyn for any puberty related questions

my niece is 10 and has already started her period. When she started with the breast pain, 2 vitamin E every morning helped a lot. Plus training bras, helps support the breast buds

I remember getting nipple pain when I was 10 years old and I cried because it hurt. My mom gave me Tylenol but I can’t remember how long the pain lasted.
