day 16! we’re currently working on our exit plan. planning to be discharged on june 12th, 30 days after we arrived. we’ve already hired transitional care, which is a service that will come to our house twice a week to check up on india, make sure everything is going well and make sure that we’re doing everything we can for her until we feel confident enough to continue care independently. we’ll also be making many trips back and forth to seattle to continue seeing her current care team because they are amazing.
