Many many years ago today, was one of the worse days of my life. Very early the next morning (3:30am/tomorrow) my grandmother passed away from cancer. Her cancer and the time we’ve spent in the hospital with her is actually what my anxiety, PTSD, and Emetophobia stems from. I have made great progress this year on my own healing and for the first time since becoming a mom, I showed my kids her slideshow. We smiled. laughed. Cried. They are now at the age where they can point her out. They always knew who she was because I’m very vocal about her. But today they got to SEE her. HEAR her. This slideshow is one of my prized possessions. At the end of it, there is about a 1 minute video of her dancing and singing while we sang happy birthday to her. She is still the greatest grandmother and the most perfect angel ❤️🙏🏻
