My back hurts so bad from that car accident I had in January that it's starting to have shooting pain down my leg and my shoulder isnt much better then that. I feel so beat up. And it was only a little accident nothing huge. This is a horrible feeling. I hope ig wont be this way forever. I can barely stand it but I'm trying

And what makes it worse I missed yet another zoom conference with my doctor to see my options which I think it was for only my shoulder but not sure and I doubt they'll let me reschedule. Its 3x now. My mind has been so foggy and I've been so drained lately. I'm embarrassed to contact them about it
