I was going to wait for when I have no idea, but today I felt this desire to share this point in my journey. I know a lot of people just want to see the big dramatic transformation. I however feel like progress is just as important if not more in this adventure. I started out at 6 months postpartum after having my 4th and last baby. I was miserable. I was ashamed. I couldn’t stand to look myself in the eye when seeing my reflection. I’ve gotten I don’t know how many negative comments and unwanted “advice” during these 2 1/2 years I’ve been working at this. I’m human, I’ve had set backs, times I thought about giving up. It’s taken a long time to find my mindset, diet routine and consistency with workouts to see the results that are pictured. I’ve never had the best self esteem even before becoming a mother, but I will say today when I took these current progress photos (yes post shower so please excuse the towel) that I feel the most confident I’ve felt in years. I still have progress to make to be where I want, but I’m the smallest I’ve been in a really long time. The second set of pictures is a 4 month difference and in my mind prove this barre program I love can deliver results. I have found the path that works for me and I’m only looking forward.
