Has anyone had their wisdoms removed ? How long did it take to fully feel normal again? It’s going on 3 weeks come Tuesday and I’m not in any pain but my mouth just still feels banged up 😣 I started reading into google and saw someone say that it’ll take 6 weeks 🤯
The doc didn’t use any sutures so the sites are open and I’m constantly rinsing and trying to keep everything together but this is so irritating

I had all 4 pulled when I was 16. I remember it taking about a week and feeling fine. Nowadays I'm sure it would take me a lot longer.

Jeez 😩 it took me a week to not need the narcotic then another week for me to not take the ibuprofen but now the 4 sites just feel exposed and I dread eating anything now

Take it easy and have soups, easy to chew foods, and liquids until you can manage more. I was really nervous too and hated feeling the dissolving stitches.

I think I was fine in about a week but for some reason my tongue was numb for like a month lol

It’s different for everyone. If you’re concerned call the dentist! I was 18 and it was just a few days til I was back to normal.

Ya I had mine removed at 21 then had to work right after it sucked no pain medication 😂🤷🏼♀️

I got all 4 of mine cut out when I was a senior. I slept for three days on and off, woke to eat hello, pudding or soup and drink and take me meds lol I was better in about a week or 2 though. It wasn't so bad!
