I just took 2 CBD gummies for the first time about 15 min ago for severe anxiety and I’m not noticing a huge difference yet. Does it take a while to kick in?

When taken in edible form, it usually takes 45 minutes to an hour...

If you want something more immediate, a tincture held under your tongue for 30-45 seconds then swallowed acts much quicker than the gummies. 😊
